Description

The scope of the framework agreement is for the provision of Lift Maintenance Services that will include but not be limited to the inspection, testing, servicing, maintenance, repairs, upgrades and refurbishment of the goods and passenger lifts, elevators, dumb waiters, scissor lifts, stair lifts, escalators and any other related items for vertical transportation. These services will be required across the whole of the contracting authorities estate.
The contractor shall ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation and guidance. This will need to be demonstrated as part of the tender process
