Description

The Council’s intention is to enter into a Framework Agreement with 15 Contractors unless fewer than this number of tenders are received or do not pass the award stage.  A further 5 contractors will be appointed on to a reserve list; unless fewer than this number of tenders are received or do not pass the award stage. For the purpose of the Tender the Contractor is to assume the premises are that of a school, that is a live facility for school children and Staff. And or a Public Building which is in use by members of the public.

National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. THE PROVISION OF HV/LV ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE

HSE have a requirement to increase the available electrical capacity on their western test sites, namely Turncliffe and Diamond Hill areas. HSE have previously invested in increasing the High Voltage (HV) supplies to these areas, to facilitate an increase in the available Low Voltage (LV) capacity. The types of testing carried out in these areas has changed in recent years, with a focus on EV Batteries and Hydrogen as a fuel for vehicles and for energy. MDDC202408-003 - Internal Painting Contract 2025 - 2029

Mid Devon District Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to deliver internal painting and decorating works to its void housing stock and other buildings, during the financial years 2025-2029. These works will be based on the National Housing Federation, Schedule of Rates, Version 7.2. Time is of the essence with this contract as the properties are empty and will need to be re-let as soon as possible; therefore the contractor will need to start the works after five working days notice and complete the works within ten working days for a bungalow and fifteen working days for a house, regardless of the internal condition.
