Title : Housing Mediation Service Ref: Sand/TMO-24 Sandwell Council has a management arrangement with a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) for the provision of Housing Management Services, this arrangement is ratified in a Management Agreement. A conflict has arisen around the interpretation of some of the contractual clauses, compliance with council policy and lawful responsibility to certain undertakings. Under the terms of the Management Agreement, where conflict arise and a solution is not agreeable, the next step is to consider mediation. What is required is an analysis of the Management Agreement to determine the obligations on both parties, consider the outstanding issues and to provide recommendation (report) on the way forward. S1001 - Greater Manchester Air Quality Monitoring Network Equipment Servicing, Maintenance and Data Management

The Greater Manchester local authorities have formed a network of air quality monitoring stations to share information and resources between the 10 boroughs of Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan. The network is referred to as the Greater Manchester Air quality Network (GMAQN). There is also the option for Transport for Greater Manchester to be part of this network and utilise this contract. The GMAQN is seeking to appoint suitable contractors to provide a flexible, responsive and consistently high quality service in relation to the servicing, maintenance, quality assurance & control (QA/QC) and data management of their reference automatic air quality monitoring units and other related support services. The successful contractor appointed for the Lot 1 - GMAQN servicing and maintenance will be known as the Equipment Support Unit (ESU).
