Description

The Council has an ongoing requirement for the provision of Festive Lighting, encompassing the maintenance, storage, erection and dismantling of Council owned Festive Lighting and associated kit for use throughout the towns and villages within the boundary of South Lanarkshire.
A suitable and accessible route to market has been identified: by using a single supplier contract in accordance with the Open procedure by advertising in the Find a Tender website.
The contract period for this contract is for a period of 4 Years from 7 January 2024 – 6 January 2028 with the option to extend up to a further 12 months.

Contract for LED Conversion; Management and Maintenance of Sprowston Town Council Streetlights

Sprowston Town Council currently has a mixture of street lighting types. We own approximately 700 non-LED streetlights which require conversion to LED lighting. In addition, the Council owns approximately 140 existing LED lights of varying ages and specification. Contract to be issued by 12th March 2025, with the project to commence as soon as possible after that date. This tender is divided into three Parts. You will need to complete a single ITT Part B document for Part 1 and Part 2 combined, and a separate ITT Part B document for Part 3. Please ensure you return your completed ITT Part B documents and any other necessary information by the tender deadline.
