Description

The Authority has awarded a multi-supplier, multi-Lot Framework Agreement for the provision of
Design and Consultancy Services for use by its Members and other eligible Public Sector Contracting Bodies across the UK.
The Framework is split into 7 Lots:
Lot 1: Planning Services
Lot 2: Architect Services
Lot 3: Engineering (Civil & Structural)
Lot 4: Surveying
Lot 5: Employers Agent
Lot 6: Clerk of Works
Lot 7: Principal Designer
Each Lot is split into Seven Regional sub-lots

• Sub-Lot 2 – Central
• Sub-Lot 3 – South East
• Sub-Lot 4 – South West
• Sub-Lot 5 – Wales
• Sub-Lot 6 – Scotland

122-BK-24 Dereham Conservation Area Appraisal Review for Breckland District Council

The purpose of this brief is to set out the specification and requirements for reviewing and updating the Dereham Conservation Area Appraisal that was adopted by Breckland District Council ("the Council") in 1973 and to develop a shopfront design guide to further protect shopfronts and the Conservation Area. The brief outlines Breckland's expectations when engaging the services of external consultants. Breckland Council are working in partnership with Historic England to develop heritage led regeneration in its Market Towns. Breckland Council has received match funding to progress the work via Historic England's Capacity Building Programme.
