This framework will be used to provide technical inspections and testing services to various locations within the administrative areas of the relevant Contracting Authorities, primarily being City of Bradford District Council, The Borough Council of Calderdale, Leeds City Council, Kirklees Council, City of Wakefield District Council, City of York Council and any other Local Authority (as defined in the Local Government Act 1972) within the Yorkshire and Humber Region that are a member of the Yorkshire Highway Alliance.

LB Hillingdon -Transport Modelling and Impact Assessment for Local Plan

The London Borough of Hillingdon ('the Council') has commenced a review of the Local Plan. The Council is seeking to undertake Transport Modelling and an Impact Assessment to support development of the Local Plan. The primary purpose of the Transport Modelling and Impact Assessment ('Strategic Transport Assessment') is to form part of the evidence base for the Local Plan, necessary for developing an appropriate spatial strategy and policies. The Council is proposing to update and replace the Local Plan. The strategic and development management policies will be combined into a single document alongside the site allocations. The purpose of this work is to demonstrate how the transport network is likely to operate in response to the changes in travel behaviour arising from development, including allocated sites, under the proposed Local Plan. The Strategic Transport Assessment will include transport modelling to assess the effects of the development planned under the Local Plan on the local and strategic highways network in the borough, as well as public transport and active travel up to the end of the proposed plan period. It will recommend new projects and mitigation to address impacts of the Local Plan and other planned growth nearby. Plan period: Study period: 2025/26 to 2039/40 (15 Years), start date: 1st April 2025, end date: 31st March 2040. Highways Maintenance Services Contracts 2025

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) (the Council) has a statutory obligation, as a Highway Authority, to maintain the public highway within its boundary and in doing so we require specialist contractors to support us in carrying out these works. We are responsible for over 188km of carriageways, 380km of footways, five bridges including the two Thames crossings and over 12,000 streetlights. To streamline our current service provision, we are looking for contractors to deliver our requirements under 3 contract Lots: - Lot 1 - Highways Drainage Work - Lot 2 - Highways Structures - Lot 3 - Highway Maintenance and Projects These contracts are expected to commence on the 1st April 2025 for initial period of 5 years, with the option to extend for a further 3 years, in 3 x 12-months increments. Each of these Lots is described in further detail below and Applicants may express an interest in any number of Lots.
