Description

The aim of this tender exercise is to deliver a compliant framework providing users with regional competition and secure value for money.

Any resulting framework from this exercise will be available to Further Education Institutions, Universities, Sixth Forms, Academies, Schools, Museums and other similar organisations who are CPC Members (https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php) and all CPC future members (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/get-information-about-schools). 

The Framework Agreement is also open to the following Higher Education consortia and their current and future members through our joint contracting programme, HEPCW (www.hepcw.ac.uk), NWUPC (www.nwupc.ac.uk) and SUPC (www.supc.ac.uk).

Local Authorities may also wish to use the resulting framework when procuring on behalf of Educational Establishments .  

The framework will also be available to the Wider Public Sector (https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/suppliers/eligible-public-sector-bodies.php).

Estates Rationalisation & WEQAS Refurbishment - M&E Services

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to establish a contract for the services of a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to design and deliver two projects, under one contract before the end of the financial year. The first of project is Estates Rationalisation, this involves several internal moves of departments around Woodlands House and the University Hospital of Wales to enhance the space utilisation across the sites. The second project is a minor refurbishment of two unites situated within Ty Glas Industrial Estates for WEQAS. The departments building is in a state of repair and no longer fit for purpose.

Heating, Electrical and Decarbonisation Framework

This Notice announces the release of a tender by the Contracting Authority to establish a new Heating, Electrical, and Decarbonisation Framework, replacing the existing provision. The framework will encompass a wide range of services for public sector clients. The framework will be accessible to all public sector bodies listed in the latest classification guide from the Office for National Statistics (ONS), including government departments, local authorities, educational institutions, healthcare organisations, and other public sector entities classified by the ONS.
