Description

Legal Advice and support in obtaining a compulsory purchase order.  This is a low value contract.  The contract is a direct award via the EM LawShare Framework Agreement.   

The contract commenced on 21 December 2023 and was put in place for 2 years to 21 December 2025. There is option to extend the contract for a further period of 1 year, making the final possible expiry date 21 December 2026

Legal Services Panel Framework 2025

CDC are looking to appoint a panel of advisors onto a framework agreement for the provision of legal services. The framework is designed to meet the needs of CDC. CDC has also permitted South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) to access the framework in which case SYMCA will place an order directly with the advisor. There is an option to extend the Framework by a further 12 months at the sole discretion of the Council, giving a possible contract end date of 10th February 2029.
