Description

Wirral Council are seeking to appoint a supplier to undertake cleaning at a number of Wirral Parks and Countryside sites.
The purpose of this opportunity is to secure the services of a single suitably qualified and reliable supplier, to undertake the day-to-day cleaning, (inclusive of cleaning materials and equipment) across a number of visitor centres, offices and public toilets across the borough.
The sites applicable to the contract are as follows:
• Birkenhead Park Visitor Centre
• Birkenhead Park Grand Entrance
• Wirral Country Park Visitor Centre
• Wirral Country Park Mess Rooms
• Wirral Country Park Campsite Utility Block
• Ashton Park (West Kirby) Toilets
• Royden Park (Frankby) Toilets
• Frankby Cemetery Toilets
• Central Park (Wallasey) Toilets
• Eastham Country Park Toilets

Somerset Council has a need to procure one or more contractors to cover the cleaning of sheltered housing meeting halls, extra care housing meeting halls, communal areas within flat blocks, and have ad-hoc arrangements in place, for example the removal of graffiti, deep cleaning and disposal of sharps. There are sub-Lots 2A and 2B to allow potential bidders to respond to potential service and price options. The preferred Lot for award is under sub-Lot 2A which is evaluated within the budget available, so any bid under this Lot must be priced within the available budget described below. Lot 2B will only be considered where there are no quality proposals under Lot A that meet the minimum standards required. Lot 3: 50% Geographical split of cleaning of communal areas in flat blocks (including specification for adhoc deep cleans and other adhoc requirements). There are sub-Lots 3A and 3B to allow potential bidders to respond to potential service and price options.
