Construction and Development DPS

We are tendering a DPS for Construction and Development Works. The DPS will run for 4 years. If successful, you will have the opportunity to consider local and regional contracts through Further Competition Contracts called off may, where appropriate, exceed the duration of the DPS. The SEC legal entity is SEC Procurement Limited. SEC Procurement Limited is the contracting authority for the purposes of this procurement exercise and will be the entity that enters into the DPS Agreement with the successful suppliers. Please note that during the course of the DPS, it will be possible for suppliers to modify the regions covered as their business evolves. There are no restrictions on the number of Categories or regions that a supplier may apply for. Additional information: We use an electronic tendering portal called In-tend. SSC Partnership (an Agent) on behalf of the Astrum Multi Academy Trust is currently out to tender for the refurbishment works contract to the Caretakers bungalow. Frontierland Leisure and Hospitality Development Opportunity Site

Lancaster City Council wishes to appoint a preferred developer partner to deliver its regeneration ambitions for a former funfair site on Morecambe’s seafront. The council wants bids from commercial leisure, hospitality and mixed-use developers or consortia (with identified lead organisation) to promote and develop a comprehensive leisure and hospitality-led development that will help capitalise on Eden Project North and the estimated 3,700 peak daily visitors.
