Brief Description of Requirement

To strategically review and align the ACAS current product portfolio by undertaking a product review, whereby information about ACAS products is analysed against the market, competitors and ACAS current and new customers, so we can confidently identify opportunities, assess demand, and make informed decisions related to product development and deployment, marketing, pricing, distribution and delivery. The output should be a report setting out where ACAS should focus efforts to deliver greatest impact and income through our products a clear menu of commercially-viable, competitive products in easy to navigate categories and ensure that growth areas/innovation opportunities are identified.

This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.

All submissions will be assessed in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations that apply to this opportunity.

Responses must be received by the date and time in the tender documentation; responses received outside of the deadline or not sent via the Jaggaer eSourcing portal will not be accepted or considered by the Contracting Authority further for this opportunity, unless a system outage is experienced, to which the Contracting Authority will advise upon accordingly.
