Description

Libraries are a popular community asset in Bromley and offer an extended range of services to the residents of the borough. There are 14 libraries in the borough but only 9 are subject to this Programme of Works.\r
The Council is looking to appoint a lead consultant who will produce a detailed brief of works for each of the identified libraries and to manage the delivery of this programme of works. It is anticipated that these works will be completed by June 2025.

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
