Powys County Council sought to appoint a Principal Contractor for the development of a 32 unit Council housing scheme comprising of one bedroom flats on a site at Newtown, Powys, Mid Wales.
The development will be delivered to EPC A standards and comply with criteria including (but not limited) to:
