SHAL Housing Limited seek a contractor to carry out SHDF & ECO4 - Retrofit Consultancy, Installation, and associated Refurbishment Works in the South West Region.

National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. THE PROVISION OF HV/LV ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADE

HSE have a requirement to increase the available electrical capacity on their western test sites, namely Turncliffe and Diamond Hill areas. HSE have previously invested in increasing the High Voltage (HV) supplies to these areas, to facilitate an increase in the available Low Voltage (LV) capacity. The types of testing carried out in these areas has changed in recent years, with a focus on EV Batteries and Hydrogen as a fuel for vehicles and for energy. This has resulted in the need to increase LV capacity. Additional information: All tender documents are available via the HSE In-Tend supplier e-procurement portal. CONTRACTOR FOR SOCIAL HOUSING SCHEMES - PORTRUSH

The project is for the provision of 33 new dwelling units and all associated external works including earthworks, drainage, utilities, landscaping, roads / footpaths / parking, gardens, fencing, rails and other ancillary works. A significant amount of the works is Contractor design. The proposed housing developments are located across 3 brownfield sites within Portrush, Glenmanus Road, Parker Avenue and 22 Glenmanus Village. The Glenmanus Road site is 0.96 hectares in area and located on lands between 20 and 22A Glenmanus Road, within walking distance of the town centre. The Parker Avenue site is a vacant plot in a residential neighbourhood, located between 35 Hopefield Avenue and 7 Parker Avenue, Portrush. The 22 Glenmanus Village site is 0.13 HA in area consisting of an existing dwelling and outbuildings (to be demolished) located at the end of a residential cul-de-sac at 22 Glenmanus Village, Portrush.
