Description

The United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is embarking on a significant Lift Replacement project across three hospital sites. This financial year. the Trust is aiming to undertake the full replacement of two hydraulic passenger lifts.  The Tender allows for further works to be submitted through this award for subsequent lifts as further funding is approved.

Lift Replacement & Associated Works – Ysgol Bryn Alyn

Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to appoint a Contractor to the replace a passenger lift at Ysgol Bryn Alyn, Science Block, Church Street, Gwersyllt, Wrexham LL11 4HD. The existing lift is to be replaced in its entirety with a completely new traction MRL installation, including associated building & electrical works. All works must be carried out and completed during the six-week school holiday period. The contractor is required to include all costs associated with completing the lift within this timeframe, specifically from 20 July 2026 to 28 August 2026. Life expectancy: 15 Years Lift Operation: Passenger Machine Room-Less (MRL) Lift. The new lift components shall utilise open protocol systems, no closed systems will be considered.
