Description

This tender is for the supply and installation of UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) generators to CPI, and modifications of existing UPS generators to increase capacity. Our initial requirements are to cover a new UPS generator are our new RNA Centre of Excellence facility in Darlington, and upgrades to generators at our Nigel Perry Building in Darlington, and Neville Hamlin Building at Sedgefield. As such this tender is split into 2 lots:Lot 1 – Supply of New UPS Generators to CPILot 2 – Upgrades and Maintenance of existing UPS Generators at CPIAlthough these are our initial requirements, this framework agreement covers any other future purchases and maintenance of UPS generators across CPI’s sites (both existing and future), as well as an upgrade of our other UPS generator at the Coxon building, Sedgefield, which will have its upgrade scope of works concluded after the award of tender

Measured Term Maintenance (MTM) Repairs and Testing

This Planned Procurement Notice is to inform the market that an Invitation to Tender ("ITT") will be issued by The Police & Crime Commissioner for Humberside Police (the "PCC") in connection with a competitive procurement for the provision of Measured Term Maintenance (MTM) Testing and Repairs. Sustainable Estates Solutions Framework Agreement

This is a replacement framework for the current Sustainbale Estates Framework awarded under PCR2015. The framework agreement is intended to provide a quick and legally-compliant route to market for NHS, and other public sector, organisations to procure services to enable the decarbonisation of their built environments.
