Description

Kitchen and Bathroom replacement boroughwide is a 3-year Housing Capital Programme.  Barnet Homes Ltd are looking
to procure a three-year programme for Kitchen & Bathroom renewals with an option to extend for a further year. The
aim of the Kitchens & Bathrooms Refurbishments is to renew the kitchens or bathrooms that are over 20- 30 years old.

Invitation to Tender for the Refurbishment of the Higher Woodhill Viaduct

Higher Woodhill Viaduct carries the East Lancashire Railway over the River Irwell and runs north to south. The structure consists of seven spans. - The outer two spans to the north and two to the south are masonry arches - The three central spans (spans 3, 4 & 5) each comprise 4 No. riveted plate girders spanning between masonry piers. Spans 3, 4 and 5 steel spans are approximately 13.5m with the piers set at a skew of 26 degrees. Span 3 of the bridge is over recreational ground, whilst spans 4 & 5 are over the River Irwell. A number of elements of the structure have been identified as being in poor condition and requiring remedial works. Netherhall School - Replacement External Doors and Windows

The project comprises the replacement of external windows and doors at Netherhall School, Maryport, CA15 6NT. The project will be let to one contractor on a phased basis, to ensure continuity, with 3 phases over 3years starting in the summer holidays of 2025 and completing in summer holidays of 2027. Work will be limited to the 3 school summer holiday periods. See phasing drawing.
