ESHT required services to revise and update the Pre-construction, Design and other Professional Services for the existing RIBA Stage 4 design for the proposed new multi-storey car park at Conquest Hospital, Hastings and for the provision of a refreshed outline design and associated construction programme and cost plan to support the Trust in a NHP funding application. 

A direct award to Willmott Dixon Construction Limited was processed via the Procurement Hub, Major Projects Framework.

Transport Technical Support Services

Sefton Council is the local authority of the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton in Merseyside, England. Sefton Council oversees and manages the delivery of highway and transport services including the development, planning and delivery of major infrastructure and maintenance schemes through a strategic transport investment programme. The Council’s strategic transport investment programme is currently delivered through both in-house resources and an existing Transport Technical Support Services (TTSS) Contract which is due to end in 2025. It is proposed to procure a 7-year contract, consisting of an initial 4-year period followed by a maximum of 3 x 1-year extensions which will be offered following a satisfactory performance review (in line with agreed KPI’s), The Council is open to considering innovative methods of delivery including partnerships between suppliers. The Council will use Key Performance Indicators to monitor the successful bidder's performance throughout the duration of the contract. The performance of the consultant will be used to determine whether an extension is offered at the end of the initial 4-year period. Participation in this tendering process which seeks to result in securing one consultant to provide the necessary Transport Technical Support Services, in no way guarantees the successful tenderer any given volume of work over the duration of the contract period.
