Description

The Digital and IT Professional Services (DIPS) Framework was advertised under the Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations 2011 as a Multi-Lot Framework that will utilise several selected suppliers against a wide range of capability and experience.
A four (4) year Framework built in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and Crown Commercial Services (CCS). CCS will own the Framework, but MOD will manage the Framework (although for the avoidance of doubt the Ministry of Defence will remain the Contracting Authority entitled to use the Framework).
The framework is established across Six (6) Lots.  

Lot 1 - Solution, Enterprise and Technical Architecture, Data, Innovation, Technical Assurance, and Knowledge & Information Management.
Lot 2 - Dev, Apps, UX, Dev Ops, Sys Design & App Support
Lot 3 - Cyber Security, Crypto, Sec Ops & Integrated Systems
Lot 4 - Infrastructure Data Centre, Hardware Engineers & Telecoms
Lot 5 - Project, Portfolio & Programme Management (P3M)
Lot 6 - Intelligence Solutions

ID 5590036 - DoF - IT Assist - FRAMEWORK FOR DISPOSAL SERVICES FOR IT EQUIPMENT, ELECTRONIC AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

The Department of Finance - IT Assist wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for Disposal Services for IT equipment, electronic and electrical equipment for use by the Northern Ireland Public Sector including Northern Ireland Civil Service Departments, Agencies and Non Departmental Public Bodies. Unauthorised disclosure of information / sensitive data is a major risk mainly due to the increasing dependence on electronic storage systems and the use of disposable media. Organisations have therefore developed asset disposal strategies that can require data to be deleted from media and equipment sometimes prior to its permanent removal from site for disposal and/or recycling or for assured data destruction. The framework therefore seeks to appoint Suppliers to; securely and irreversibly delete data from a range of media either on the customer’s premises or offsite; and securely and legally dispose of redundant information and communications technology equipment and media. Once the Framework Agreement has been established, secondary competitions will be completed for each disposal required. The Framework period is for 4 years. Quality Assurance and Testing for IT Systems 2 extension notice

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is setting up a dynamic purchasing system for a period of 48 months and is inviting bidders to request to participate forthe Quality Assurance and Testing for IT Systems 2 DPS. This DPS will provide central government and wider public sector departments the opportunity to procure Quality Assurance and Testing services from a range of suppliers. The DPS filters are for services, location, clearance and scalability. If you are successfully appointed to the DPS you will be invited by customers (buyers) to submit tenders for relevant services through a competition. This DPS remains open for any supplierto request to participate throughout its 48 month duration. CCS reserve the right to reduce, extend orterminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime in accordance with the terms set out in the DPS Agreement. Additional information: The initial duration of this DPS was 48 months. Please note that an extension period of 19 months has been utilised and the end date is now 27/05/2025. Please note the Closing Date, Contract Start Date and Contract End Date have been manipulated to support compatibility system issues.
