Description

The Digital and IT Professional Services (DIPS) Framework was advertised under the Defence and Security Public Contract Regulations 2011 as a Multi-Lot Framework that will utilise several selected suppliers against a wide range of capability and experience.
A four (4) year Framework built in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and Crown Commercial Services (CCS). CCS will own the Framework, but MOD will manage the Framework (although for the avoidance of doubt the Ministry of Defence will remain the Contracting Authority entitled to use the Framework).
The framework is established across Six (6) Lots.  

Lot 1 - Solution, Enterprise and Technical Architecture, Data, Innovation, Technical Assurance, and Knowledge & Information Management.
Lot 2 - Dev, Apps, UX, Dev Ops, Sys Design & App Support
Lot 3 - Cyber Security, Crypto, Sec Ops & Integrated Systems
Lot 4 - Infrastructure Data Centre, Hardware Engineers & Telecoms
Lot 5 - Project, Portfolio & Programme Management (P3M)
Lot 6 - Intelligence Solutions

Quality Assurance and Testing for IT Systems 2 extension notice

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is setting up a dynamic purchasing system for a period of 48 months and is inviting bidders to request to participate forthe Quality Assurance and Testing for IT Systems 2 DPS. This DPS will provide central government and wider public sector departments the opportunity to procure Quality Assurance and Testing services from a range of suppliers. The DPS filters are for services, location, clearance and scalability. If you are successfully appointed to the DPS you will be invited by customers (buyers) to submit tenders for relevant services through a competition. This DPS remains open for any supplierto request to participate throughout its 48 month duration. CCS reserve the right to reduce, extend orterminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime in accordance with the terms set out in the DPS Agreement. Additional information: Please note the Closing Date, Contract Start Date and Contract End Date have been manipulated to support compatibility system issues. However please refer to the OJEU contract notice forthe correct dates, timelines etc.

Digital Technology and Cyber Services Dynamic Purchasing System

The Scottish Government is establishing a collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Digital Technology and Cyber Services. A key objective of this DPS is to offer a straightforward, flexible route to market for all Scottish public sector organisations with a requirement for digital technology and cyber services across four lots: - Digital Technology Projects and Services - Digital Technology Resources - Digital Training Services - Cyber Security Services Potential participants must complete the SPD (Single Procurement Document) and meet the minimum entry criteria to participate on the DPS. For details of public sector organisations who can access the DPS please see section (VI.3 Additional Information). The Digital Technology and Cyber Services DPS will be open for new applicants throughout its lifetime.
