A further competition through the Carriageway Planing & Surfacing Contractors Framework 2020 (CPSCF2020) agreement under lot 4.

The works comprise of resurfacing works where specified over 8 R&R schemes and 14 PSDP schemes, adjustments to ironworks where specified, minor kerbing works and the reinstatement of road markings within the site extents.

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026. Full details of the expected completion date of the works will be provided during pre-start meetings that will take place after the contract award and are subject to the expected construction programme critical path.
