Scoring Matrix Description:
-	With scales marked 0 or 1.
These are treated as a yes or no answer meaning its it either included within the design or it isn't.
-	Guarantee scale marked 0 to 4.
This is dependent on the length of the guarantee and what is covered within the guarantee itself. For example, 0 would be given for guarantee that lasted only a short time or the guarantee could be for 25 years but does not cover any realistic occurrences. 4 would be given to competitor that gives a long guarantee to its product covering realistic issues that may arise.
-	Materials Durability marked 0 to 4.
The council are looking for materials that have long jeopardy but also an appealing finish. Materials such as untreated wood will be classed under 0 as it is open to weather changes and potentially vandalism. Materials that have a high probability of withstanding harsh weather and vandalism would be more favourable especially if finished attractively.
-	Cost marked 0 to 4.
Cost is in important part of the project with strict budgets to adhere to. The quotes providing good products at high cost may score low at this point however we have kept it at the same scale as the Guarantee and Materials Durability to show it is of the same importance.
