Description

We are pleased to submit this formal invitation to tender on behalf of Lucideon Limited for the design, supply, and installation of modifications to our existing Intermittent blended Natural Gas / Hydrogen Kiln. Our organisation intends to transition the kiln to fire on 100% hydrogen and a range of hydrogen and natural gas mixes while ensuring its safe and efficient operation.

The existing asset is used as a laboratory/research platform to undertake a wide range of client driven firing profiles, from heavy clay to advanced ceramics and as such the final design should not compromise the asset's current capabilities, which are; 1750⁰C max operating temperature, reduction capability, product setting volume to be unchanged, heating ramp rate (c300 ⁰C/hr), natural gas/hydrogen blend controlled on a % volume basis.
