Description

Ofcom requires support and advice in the design of a of an end-to-end digital business support service to support SMEs and other businesses in scope of the Online Safety Bill with compliance, and in the creation of a digital capability roadmap to build, test, deliver and iterate such a service.

In order to best design and deliver the support service, we expect the successful tenderer to complete the following work:  
•	A service design recommendations report and associated design prototypes; and
•	A capability assessment and roadmap for organisational development
This will involve:
•	Participation in user research 
•	Translation of user research insights into actionable plans
•	Developing solutions and prototyping
•	Online safety service design recommendations
•	Capability assessment and roadmap for organisational development 
•	Strategic advice in alpha and beta

W&W CP7 Contract Management Services Framework

Network Rail Wales & Western region is seeking to procure a new framework which replaces its existing commercial services framework. The new Contract Management Services framework is proposed to operate with 2 suppliers, one for each lot as outlined below. Lot 1 Portfolio Supplier would cover multi-discipline professional services for all aspects of pre & post commercial, project management, programme controls, planning, and risk disciplines. Lot 2 Specialist Supplier would cover professional services for, but not limited to, claims management, forensic investigation & analysis, and auditing scopes. Small Medium Enterprises (SME) are preferred for this Lot. The new framework will be run for an initial three year period, it may be extended further by 2 x 1 year increments. The new framework is anticipated to go live by 1st May 2025 (unless otherwise stated) and will be a zero value commitment framework. Candidates cannot apply for both Lots; Candidates may apply for one lot only.

The following contract opportunity invites suitably experienced suppliers to design a knowledge exchange (KE) on-line ecosystem for Protected Site Strategies that brings together the first wave of research insights, including actionable decision tools, from the Protected Site Strategies (PSS) development project. The KE ecosystem should have an online presence and be presented in a way that helps stakeholders engage with PSS in their locality.
