Description

Transport for London conducted this procurement on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA). The GLA, on behalf of the Greater London Returning Officer (GLRO), require a service provider for the design, print, delivery, and overall project management of the Election Booklet to approx. 6.2 million voters and its related accessible materials to every registered voter in Greater London. The Booklet will contain information regarding the elections including, statement from GLRO, date of the elections, purpose of the election booklet, list of all Assembly and Mayoral candidates and the order they will appear on the ballot papers, name and address of GLRO, where voters can vote, what to expect at the polling station and an election day guide. This is a statutory requirement.
This procurement was conducted via a mini-competition on the Crown Commercial Services Print Management Framework (RM6170) - Lot 2.

TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF LARGE-SCALE PRINT SERVICES FOR LTE GROUP

The purpose of this Tender Arrangement is to secure an arrangement with LTE Group for the provision of large-scale print Services, with an experienced Provider to deliver the best possible arrangement in conjunction with exceptional service provision and demonstrable value for the LTE Group. The successful Tenderer will work reliably and flexibly in collaboration with LTE Group and its organisations to produce the required signage orders precisely, as specified, within the pre-stipulated timeframes using quality, durable materials and with all printing undertaken to an accurate and high-quality standard. We are seeking an innovative Large-Scsle Print branding partner, willing to share and embed best practice through technical efficiency and strong account management. Our total spend for signage activity is approximately £200,000 each year, this is an indicative figure not to be understood as a guaranteed contract value.
