South Ribble Borough Council is inviting quotations for the design and build of a replacement toddler and junior playground at Hutton Playing Field, Moor Lane, Hutton, PR4 5FE, as detailed more fully in the Specification.  The Council's set budget for this project is £95,000.\r

The deadline for expressions of interest in the opportunity is 5pm Friday 10th February 2023.  Completed quotation documents must be submitted and received via the Chest by no later than 12 Noon Monday 13th February 2023.

This DPS will provide the public sector with a means to leverage Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, data analytics, and machine learning to monitor the health and conditions of buildings, as well as significantly enhance the management and experience of green spaces. Public Sector Organisations can use this data to forecast future maintenance needs, budget more effectively, and plan sustainable development projects that align with environmental targets. The DPS will be in two Lots: Lot 1 – Smart predictive building maintenance solutions and associated services Lot 2 – Smart green space solutions and associated services Applications may be made to one or more Lots.
