ESCC have awarded a contract for a Personal Safety Monitoring System via Direct Award from the NHS Supply Chain Framework ' Technology Enabled Care, Electronic Assistive Technology and Lone Worker Devices - Lot 9 Lone Worker Devices.'

The Personal Safety Monitoring System is  a lone working device service linked to an Alarm Response Centre, this is critical for the services that use it in order for them to meet their duty of care obligations to staff that work alone and/or in high risk situations.

The figure published does not include the allowed for extension period  (two years) and refers to the initial period only.
