Description

The Authority is seeking a suitably experience Contractor to delivery the Groundworks at Beacon Hill School Wallsend.\r
The Works are anticipated to commence at the end of October and MUST be completed by 22nd March 2024.\r
The Authority will be acting as Principal Contractor and the successful bidder will be acting as a Sub-Contractor to the Authority.\r

Contract Duration 
The initial contract is for ## months with an option to extend for up to a further ## months after which renewals will be undertaken in accordance with the Authority's contract Standing Orders and at the sole discretion of the Authority.

Number of Successful bidders 
The maximum number of Contractors to be awarded on the Framework = 3 (three)
