Cut the grass areas as outlined in red on plan provided fortnightly and leave all arisings on site ( 12 No visits over 12 months)
To lightly prune vegetation on site in Summer 1 No visit and remove arisings  
To spray shrub beds 1No per month 9 No in total 
To prune more heavily vegetation on site in Sept and remove arisings
