Description

Invest NI wishes to establish a framework of
Contractors to undertake projects relating to Energy and Resource Efficiency.
The Framework will be divided into 9 Lots/Sectors. A framework list with multiple
contractors will be established for each of the Sectors/Lots below: There is no
restriction on the number of successful contractors per lot. Successful
tenderers listed on the framework will be invited to tender for individual
contracts through a Secondary competition process.

The consultant will be required to assemble a Design Team with expertise to support the project for restoration of the Boating Lake and its Natural Heritage at Wardown Park. The consultancy will manage the project team to ensure a coordinated design response and to design and deliver the work packages. The consultant will be required to propose and implement a Reporting Programme in respect of the Development and Delivery phases of the projects. All plans must be designed and delivered within the overall capital and revenue budget set for the project. To date LBC have worked with a number of consultants including Landscape Architects, engineers, and surveyors to prepare works packages/reports for the Initial stage of Lottery funding
