Description

Each District and Borough Council within Staffordshire will conduct reviews of all Council Tax reductions which are relevant to the occupancy of a property and those residents.  
This will typically include;
•	All single person discounts
•	All other Council Tax discounts, which are dependant upon numbers or categories of occupiers.
•	All empty properties, including long term voids, which do not attract a reduction, or which attract premium charges.
•	All Local Council Tax Reduction (LCTR) cases, in so far as the residents occupying the household will be reviewed.  Income, capital, etc will not be reviewed as a part of this project.
The Councils require the Contractor to perform a data-matching exercise, investigate any mismatches, update the Councils' systems with the results of the investigations and deal with any subsequent Council Tax payer contact.

Ingeus justice services support people in the justice system to successfully transition back into the community through specialist rehabilitative services. We offer a whole-person approach, supporting people with their personal wellbeing, accommodation, health, education and training, employment, and more. This could include volunteering, sport or constructive leisure activities. • Progress towards recovery from drug or alcohol use and gambling. • Achieve and maintain sustainable outcomes in relation to housing, employment and financial management. We are looking for organisations with strong links to, and knowledge of, their local communities and who are able to provide one or more of the following specialisms: • Community Link Work - covering social inclusion, family, emotional well-being and linking participants into local services to enable People on Probation to build stronger, healthier relationships, improve wellbeing, develop their confidence and successfully integrate into communities. • Education, training and employment - (custody and community) supporting service users to access training and/or sustainable employment • Accommodation support - (custody and community) assisting service users to secure and maintain suitable housing. • Finance, befit and debt - (custody and community) supporting service users to address debt, assess benefit entitlement and better manage personal finances. We welcome applications from SME's and VCSE's with strong connections to local communities and who can provide services that support people to live positive lives free from crime. We are also keen to hear from organisations that can demonstrate a strong element of Lived Experience in their ownership structure, their staffing, or their delivery methods.

2025-011 Benchmarking Services for OFTO Tender Rounds
