Description

Marketing will be needed with software to populate ideas and data, such as the location of projects, plans and evaluations, Planning info and other information.
The supplier will need to provide initial marketing particulars which will outline the proposal, within the particulars from the software link, which will provide the RPs access to all the site information. Initially the process would commence by contacting each RP directly (from the CCC provided list of active RP's in the City) to promote the opportunity and to understand if they would be interested in participating in the process, upon receiving a positive confirmation information will be forward to the respective party. Tender Return. A date will need to be included of at least 6 weeks to evaluate the information on the project sites. In the tender time, the supplier will be in general contact with the various parties, to make sure they have all the information required to make an informed offer and to seek to ensure an offer is forthcoming. This will need evaluating against a criteria. e.g. Homes England strategic partnership.
