Description

The London Violence Reduction Unit (VRU) is commissioning a Strengthening Father Pilot  Lot 1 and Lot 2

The VRU hopes that the bespoke strengthening Father's pilots (Lot1&Lot2) will enhance the work already delivered under the Families framework and encompass the support and outcomes required to ensure that Fathers are able to build strengthened healthy relationships and Co-parenting methods. Which in turn supports better outcomes for their children in relation to attachment and role modelling. 
  
Core capabilities of the Providers for each Lot: 
•	Experience, and expertise in working alongside Fathers of all ages in particular young Fathers ( 16-25) and supporting healthy relationships.  
•	Knowledge of the impact of CYP who do not have existing healthy relationships with their Father or Male caregiver. 
•	Capacity to build and deliver a bespoke wrap-around service.  
•	Experience working alongside statutory services such as Probation and social services to support referral pathways for young fathers (16-25)  
•	Experience working with partners to support specialist services such as ACE ( Adverse childhood trauma )  professionals which enhance the impact of the programme in line with the specification.  
•	Ability to work alongside Evaluation partner to support robust impact reports, while completing quarterly progress monitoring .  
•	Understanding of the Trauma-informed practice 6 principles  
•	An understanding of the Public Health Approach to violence reduction and prevention 
•	Knowledge of the needs of the boroughs in which they provide the service. 
•	Experience of working with Diverse Fathers  
•	Strong data protections , and risk assessments in place to support the safeguarding of families as a whole 
•	Capacity to meet the stated timeframes through having a team of existing, appropriately skilled, qualified, and resourced staff in place and or available to partner

Tender for Strategic Partner: Delivery of Residential and Nursing Care in Gloucestershire County Council Estate.

Gloucestershire County Council are seeking to procure a partner for the delivery of Residential and Nursing Care Services in 5 homes. The authority intends to award Master Service Agreement (MSA) A five-year contract commencing on 01 February 2026 and expiring on 31 January 2031, with the option for the agreement to be extended by up to five years initially and then for further periods of up to five years if mutually agreed by the Parties such that the Expiry Date is the last day of the current extended Term, provided always the Expiry Date shall be no later than 31 January 2040. This contract is being procured under the Light Touch Regime. The Council will issue statements of services for the first five homes and the Council may issue statements of services for further Homes in the future depending on requirement. The Council may, during the term of the contract require services be provided at additional Homes. In the event that the Council issues a Statement of Services for one or more Homes in addition to the initial tranche of five Homes, the Statement of Services Fee will be based on the prices stated in the Pricing Schedule, taking into account the indexation applied by the Council to its bed rates in the period from the Commencement Date plus any other reasonable increases in the Provider's pricing due to external factors such as minimum pay rates and inflation. The preliminary market engagement was conducted ( over 12 months) prior to the commencement of the Procurement Act 2023; a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice was therefore not published
