Description
The Dorset Integrated Prevention Partnership Service (DIPPs) is a collaboration between Dorset Council and Voluntary, Community, and social enterprises (VCSE) through the delivery of a range of early intervention, preventative, community-based services. These include universal, light touch support through to more comprehensive support for people with a range of needs. This support is aimed at ensuring people can access support which promotes independence, wellbeing, opportunity and social connectivity, preventing, reducing and delaying the need for formal health and care interventions. The Council will work in partnership with Providers to continuously improve and develop services, maximise resources and capacity across the sector, and take advantage of new development opportunities and initiatives, throughout the duration of this partnership. Dorset Integrated Prevention Partnership Services are a collection of services to be awarded following a further competition of the Dorset Care Framework v2 (DCF2) under Lot 19 - Living Well (C) Housing Related Support Services and Lot 25 - Community Prevention & Support (including Day Opportunities). It consists of the following separate contracts: 1. Community Connector 2. Volunteer Led Response 3. Community Resource Centre 4. Housing First 5. Developing Dorset Micro Provider Network 6. Home From Hospital 7. Social Reablement and Crisis Support Additional information: No award was made to Contract 4 - Housing First.
