Description

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council invite you to submit a Framework return, noting that the advised documentation guidance and instructions should be read in conjunction with Newry, Mourne & Down District Council’s (NMDDC’s) Standard Terms and Conditions.

The purpose of this process is to enable NMDDC to establish a Framework with a pre-qualified list of suppliers (a Restricted List) who may be asked, on an ad hoc basis, to participate in a further mini-competition following which a call-off Contract under the Framework will be awarded. Submissions are to be based on the advised documentation/information/attachments available via the NM&DDC Evolve Multi-Quote Portal applicable to this process request.

Thames Water intends to award Framework Agreement(s) for the supply Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) that are used across both our waste and clean water operations. The scope will include rigids, artics, clean water tankers, waste tankers, tippers, trailers, curtainsiders, dropsides, beavertails, etc, and will cover any current vehicle specs we have in our HGV fleet, along with any alternative specs we might want over the life of the agreement, including electric and alternative-fuel options. North Northamptonshire Council - Provision of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure and Associated Services (LEVI)

North Northamptonshire Council ("NNC") is seeking potential providers for the delivery of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across the council area. The proposed arrangement will be a Concession Contract, which includes comprehensive requirements for the provision of end-to-end services. This involves turnkey solutions for designing, planning, constructing, installing, operating, and maintaining a smart EV charging network. NNC is adopting a portfolio approach to EV infrastructure delivery, which will include on-street installations in towns and villages in areas where households do not have access to off-street parking, as well as deployments in NNC-owned public car park sites. NNC is conducting this procurement through the open procedure to identify the provider(s) for the requirement. This procurement process is being managed in accordance with The Concession Contracts Regulations 2016. NNC proposes to enter into one (1) Contract for an initial period of 15 years (180 months) with the preferred Potential Supplier, with an option to extend for 12 months, making 192 months in total. The anticipated contract commencement date is April 11, 2025.
