This framework covers the geographical area of Scotland and has been procured on behalf of:

This new framework replaces our previous asbestos and vacant property protection framework agreements, and extends the scope to additional safety and compliance services.
The framework consists of 5 (five) workstreams and each workstream has multiple lots.
As follows:

Workstream 3 - Water Testing, Treatment and Management
Lot 3a - Water Hygiene Testing and Consultancy
Lot 3b - Water System Maintenance, Remedials and Associated Services
Workstream 4 - Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Compliance, Servicing & Maintenance
Lot 4a - Gas Heating Systems Inspection, Servicing & Remedial (Domestic)
Lot 4b - Gas Heating Systems Inspection, Servicing & Remedial (Commercial)
Lot 4c - Ventilation Systems Inspection, Servicing and Maintenance
Lot 4d - HVAC (Air Conditioning) Servicing and Maintenance
Workstream 5 - Electrical Testing and Associated Services
Lot 5a - Fixed Wire Testing (EICR) and Remedials
Lot 5b - Portable Appliance Testing
This framework agreement will commence on the 4th September 2023 and will last for 48 months.

Generation 5 Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Framework 2025-2029

The Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Framework 5th Generation 2025-2029 (Gen5 GGF) is designed to provide Hampshire County Council (HCC) with the provision of site investigation services, technical geotechnical advice and associated specialist technical services in the fields of highways engineering, construction, property and transportation operations. Gen5 GGF will support resources and departments of HCC for its construction related projects. These include highways infrastructure improvements, waste recycling centres, school and care centre building extensions, new schools, fire stations and other public buildings, contaminated sites, landslips and other related investigative geological and geotechnical services associated with HCC's objectives. The Framework will be used for commissions within the geographical area of Hampshire. It may be required for works to be carried out within the County of Hampshire (including the Unitary Authority areas of Southampton and Portsmouth) and also for works in Counties which border Hampshire. The Framework will only be utilised and managed by HCC and no other authority, however HCC may call-off to provide support for neighbouring authorities.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), hereby known as the Authority, is seeking to establish a multi-supplier Framework Contract for the supply of management consultancy including restructuring and insolvency services. Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) (RM6309) will be available for use by organisations, and their successors, listed in the authorised customer list cited at VI.3 (Additional Information) of this Notice.
