Appointment of Integrated Consultant Team for Clifton School – Provision of new nursery accommodation, with associated auxiliary spaces and reconfiguration of external play areas. A traffic management scheme and additional storage within the existing school setting. Approximate services value £250,000.00. The Integrated Consultant Team is to provide full professional services in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work 2020 Stages 2-7, which are to include project management, provision of architectural and landscape architectural services, quantity surveying, civil, structural, fire, mechanical and electrical engineering services, principal designer, and specialised consultant (i.e., Traffic Management, Ecology) services for delivery of the proposed School project.

The Wallace Collection (TWC) is seeking to appoint a Building Services Engineer and Sustainability Consultant for a significant re-development project as part of TWC’s Masterplan. The completion of a full RIBA Stage 4 design is required, along with RIBA Stage 5/6/7 services. Tenderers must demonstrate sufficient capability to support the procurement and delivery of the project at the Wallace Collection in Westminster, London. The Building Services Engineer’s scope includes the design of mechanical, electrical, and public health services, and coordinating below-ground drainage with the Structural/Civil Engineer. The scope includes acting as the BREEAM Accredited Professional and Assessor, guiding the integration of sustainability measures into the design and construction phases, and coordinating with stakeholders, including the BRE and planning authorities.

BT1752 Architects Services for Development Car Park, Library Road, Luton

Luton Borough Council is looking to engage qualified organisations to quote for a set of three outline design concepts and their associated cost plans in order that Luton Council can deliver on the Specification, attached. The tender will suit a cross functional organisation with strong Quantity Surveyor and/or Cost Consultant capability. The outputs from this work will feed into a feasibility study the council is carrying out about options for this piece of land. If successful, outputs from this work will be used in a Full Business Case that will be presented to Luton Borough Council's Executive. It is therefore imperative that costs being provided are accurate so that an investment decision can be made. There are three main drivers for this piece of work. 1. Linking up important sections of the town centre to 'stitch' them together as set out in the Masterplan - from the train station to St George's Square via the Hat District. This will open up the route from the train station to St George's Square and enable the Cultural District to extend further westwards and bring buildings into the Hat District. The route includes the University of Bedfordshire's School of Arts and Creative Industries (the old Alexon building). 2. Providing parking for a range of vehicles in this area of town to support leisure offers such as those provided at the neighbouring Galaxy leisure destination. 3. Providing space for sustainable transport parking in the town centre, such as bicycles, eScooters, and EV charging stations. This demand is currently underserved This means that the development will need to be mix of access routes and also a multi-modal parking facility. Scottish Water is seeking to appoint suitably experienced Asset Delivery Partners and Primary Designer(s) and to deliver our SR27 and SR33 programme of capital works. SR27 is the regulatory period spanning from April 2027 until March 2033. SR33 is the regulatory period spanning from April 2033 until March 2039. Scottish Water aim to award this procurement by March 2026. It will run for a fixed period of seven years until March 2033 with an option to extend for a further six years until March 2039. <br/><br/>The Construction, Design and Management (CDM) 2015 Regulations will apply. Successful bidders will be required to utilise Scottish Waters Supply Chain and Specialist Frameworks. <br/><br/>To deliver the Capital Investment Programme SW is creating an Enterprise, an advanced partnering supply chain model which includes Asset Delivery Partners (ADP) and Primary Designer(s) (PD) working together in high performing integrated teams to deliver programmes of work. <br/><br/>The Enterprise model will have a dynamic outcome-based set of measures, with partners incentivised against service sub-programme and Enterprise outcomes and SW will have embedded resources within the Enterprise. There will also be minimum business performance thresholds in the form of KPI’s.<br/><br/>The Enterprise will incorporate enhanced partnering capabilities and a behavioural environment supporting closer resource integration, combined with a trading environment that also supports this approach.
