Description

Surrey Heath Borough Council (SHBC) is currently looking to set up a new multi-agency framework for SHBC investment agency services. Appointed suppliers will support the Council with acquisitions and disposals of property and land. The agents will be required to assist with the acquisition and disposal of retail, office, leisure, industrial and community assets. There is a further requirement for the agents to review the market for potential acquisition opportunities that may be of interest to the Council and present those for consideration. The Council will consider the assets that meet the following criteria: assist regeneration, promote economic growth, protect employment. There will be 3 lots:- 1.1Lot 1:Commercial sales and acquisitions 1.2Lot 2: residential sales and acquisitions 1.3Lot 3: retails sales and acquisitions Please note that the Council will be holding a bidder information meeting between the 9th and 12th May 2023.

The Latymer School Lettings Service Contract

SSC Partnership (an Agent) working on behalf of The Latymer School (the Authority) are currently out to tender for the provision of school lettings management services. The Company will be responsible for the full administration and operational management of community lettings across the Authority’s facilities, ensuring that all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with the Authority’s safeguarding, educational, and community objectives. The Authority will sign a contract with the successful Company for a period of 36 Months (3 Years) with the option to extend it for up to a further 24 Months (2 Years). It is expected that the contract will commence 1st March 2026. The Procurement is being run under the open procedure. Any interested organisation/consortium may submit a Bid in response to this ITT. The Company shall prepare and submit its tender considering the entire tender package. The requirements for a valid submission of tenders are outlined in the tender documentation including the scope of works and specification of service. Arrangements will be made for Companies to visit the school and view the current facilities to obtain a better understanding of the layout and any other relevant information to help in putting together tender bids. The site visit is planned to take place on 4th December 2025. Companies should limit their attendance to two representatives. Companies will not be able to take photographs during site visits without the consent of the Authority. Please register for the site visit through the correspondence functionality on the tendering portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sscpartnership), including the name and roles of the representatives who will be attending by no later than 12 noon, 3rd December 2025. Tenders will be evaluated using a method known as MAT (most advantageous tender). There will be mandatory and desirable requirements. Mandatory requirements are stipulations which must be present, or the tender will be eliminated from the evaluation. Desirable characteristics are elements of the tender which are to be scored by the Authority. Temporary Accommodation Nightly Paid framework

Oldham Council is seeking to create a temporary accommodation (TA) framework for Nightly Paid consisting of highly skilled, socially aware and reputable providers to assist with the delivery of statutory temporary accommodation provision under Part VII of the Housing Act 1996. Bidders are invited to bid for all lots in it's entirety or one or more lots, provided they can deliver on the general requirements. Amongst other requirements which are detailed in the procurement documents providers will be required to provide furniture packs for each unit made available, undertake their own repairs and maintenance to the properties and certain landlord duties that provide for a safe and comfortable environment. Providers shall provide a minimum furniture package for each unit that is made available for occupation pursuant to the Framework for all Lots 1 - 5. All furniture provided must meet the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended in 1989, 1993 and 2010), furniture items and upholstery must meet minimum levels of health and fire safety. Furniture packages must also be of a reasonable standard and adequate for each household.
