The scope of works for Episode 1 Fund 3 on behalf of BPC includes advising, negotiating and settling terms of the LPA and producing a written report on the LPA.

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to establish two single member Solicitors Panels for Land and Regeneration Services to meet all of the requirements of the Housing Executive for external solicitors in connection with relevant land and property matters (“the Services” as defined in the Specification of Requirements).
