The Courtauld is planning to redevelop the East Wing of its current campus linking it to additional buildings at 152 - 158 The Strand. M5 Crossing Project - Construction Manager

This tender is for the appointment of a Construction manager under a JCT Construction Management 2024 Contract (as amended) to manage the project for the reinstatement of the Stroudwater Navigation beneath the M5 motorway by utilising the River Frome underpass including co-ordinating the various Trade Contractors and acting as the Principal Contractor under CDM 2015 regulations, all in accordance with all the tender documentation listed on the Schedule 3 - list of numbered documents. Sustainable Schools Challenge Critical Friend and Sustainability Advisor - C194/2024/2025

The Welsh Government wish to invite Bids to be awarded the Contract for Sustainable Schools Challenge Critical Friend and Sustainability Advisor. Scope of Works Working with Constructing Excellence in Wales, the successful bidder will be required to attend and participate in joint workshops and attend relevant project meetings to act as a Critical Friend for the design and construction teams and embed themselves in the three projects and being available to project teams for advice. Where necessary the successful bidder will be expected to lead in elements of the workshops, facilitating research for their case studies and conduct mini workshops at local level with the participating projects to obtain sufficient knowledge of the innovation and collaboration being undertaken to inform advice and case studies. Attendance in person will be necessary for most meetings which will take place across Wales. The bidders will need to familiarise themselves with progress of the designs and the work of the Critical Friend during phase1 of the design stage.
