The Commissioning Authorities are:
 - North East London ICB
 - North Central London ICB
 - South West London ICB

The procurement process will be managed by the London Purchased Healthcare Team on behalf of the commissioning authorities.

The London Borough of Croydon (‘the Council”) is seeking to commission an experienced Service Provider to provide Special Educational Needs and Disability Information, Advice and Support Services (SENDIASS). Section 32 of the Children and Families Act 2014 places a duty on local authorities to arrange for the provision of advice, information and guidance about matters relating to disability and special educational needs for the benefit of children, young people with a disability and their parents and carers in its area. Such information shall also be made available to head teachers, proprietors and principals of schools and post-16 institutions and any other persons and agencies as appropriate. This is a statutory service. The full scope of the contract requirements are provided in the Service Specification, which form part of the Tender Documents. The Contract is for a period of a maximum of 5 years (the “Term”). This procurement will be carried out in line with the open procurement process detailed within the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 (PA23) The required Services are being procured via a competitive tendering process and will run electronically via the Croydon Tenders Portal. Derry City and Strabane District Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderer for the Development and Delivery of Child Friendly Mapping within Eight Local Community Growth Partnership Board Areas. Council seeks submissions for the project management, design and delivery of child rights mapping workshops, structured creative voice workshops to create bespoke illustrative artwork for child friendly community maps and pilot approaches with Local Growth Partnerships to hear the voice of children and young people. The successful applicant(s) will liaise with Council Officers to identify and agree content which aligns with a Child Rights Based Approach (CRBA). As this is a new approach to creating systemic change within a localised system there is time and budget built in for effective exploration, reflection and review. The outcome/ impact and influence that the children and young people voices have is as important as the design and delivery. It is important that all partners are aligned and bought into the process to ensure the maps are then used on an ongoing basis for child rights mapping exercises. Artwork and associated materials should meet access and inclusion best practice guidelines. This piece of work includes project management, creation and delivery of workshops, design and print management. Your submission must be submitted via etendersNI, via this CFT. Shared Lives Scheme

The Authority’s requirement under this Contract is for the provision of a Shared Lives Scheme within Thurrock. The Supplier will assess service users moving into Shared Lives placements and manage, monitor and review those placements, service users and carers. The service will also include the recruitment, vetting, assessing, and training of Shared Lives carers, along with the provision of support groups, social activities and events designed to promote strong networking amongst Shared Lives carers.
