Description

The University of Birmingham wishes to establish a University of Birmingham Framework Agreement for the provision Clerks of Works services with the ability to support other HE and FE Sector Organisations, Schools and Academies, and to develop local initiatives for University Projects. It is anticipated that the framework agreement will be for up to 8 years and is expected to generate partnership working and to develop long term relationships. 
This Framework Tender will consist of two Lots:
Lot 1, Clerks of Works for Building Services Duties.
Lot 2, Clerks of Works for Building and Civil Engineering Duties.

The framework agreement will be made available for use by HE and FE Sector Organisations, Schools and Academies regardless of whether or not they are to be defined as contracting authorities (for the purpose of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015).

It is the Tenderer's responsibility to ensure that current and accurate contact details are maintained on In-Tend. The University makes no commitment to act on any communication from In-Tend or other sources, resulting from unattended or inaccurate email addresses recorded on In-Tend.
You are strongly recommended to register contact details for at least two people on In-Tend and to fully familiarise yourself with the In-Tend tender submission process well before the closing date and clarify any queries ASAP. 
In the event of discrepancies between any copies of any documents submitted it is at the Universities sole discretion which document or part of a document the University evaluates.
