The Council is seeking a partner to provide Plant and Facilities Management services to the Council, primarily in Penlee House and Gallery Museum, Penzance

The Council may reserve the right to utilise this Contract under instruction to seek any appointed Contactor to provide services on other premises, based on the rate and terms of the Contract. 

The estimated overall expected maximum budget for the tender is £60k for 3 years and £100k for 5 years (exc. VAT).

You are invited to tender for the provision of building maintenance services to Warwickshire Police. The requirement will be tendered as a single requirement.
