Description

Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health engineering consultancy services. Re-ordering of the existing church and provision of new
      building services infrastructure, access arrangements and internal refurbishment. A new two storey building on the Station Rd frontage, to be constructed to link the Church, the Century Hall/Waterside block and the Cornerstone café. Internal re-modelling of a number of ancillary spaces to provide a range of new uses including accommodation, flexible space, kitchen and welfare facilities. Limited demolition of an existing store which is to be removed and
      church external grounds down to the river remodelled to provide spaces suitable for performances, community events, church activities and the accommodation users. MEP Engineering Services for RIBA Stages 2 -6 required to support the project works.

You are invited to tender for the provision of building maintenance services to Warwickshire Police. The requirement will be tendered as a single requirement.
