Menus should offer culturally appropriate meals, including vegetarian, halal, and allergen-friendly options, ensuring all students feel included and represented. The school also value opportunities for themed cultural food events that educate and engage students in different global cuisines. Work in Partnership with the School – The catering provider should collaborate with staff, students, and parents to continually refine and improve the service. Regular feedback mechanisms, tasting sessions, and involvement in school initiatives—such as healthy eating campaigns or wellbeing programs—will help strengthen the connection between food, education, and student success. The Contract period will be for 3 years initially, with the option to extend for two further one-year periods at the discretion of the Client.
