Description

The Home Improvement Agency (HIA) service aims to enable those Oxfordshire Residents in need of support to maintain their independence, health and well-being at home for the foreseeable future. This is achieved through the repair, adaptation, and improvement of Residents’ homes, so that the person is able to remain in their own home in a safe, secure, and accessible environment.
The Oxfordshire County consists of four District Councils and one City Council. This tender is to supply a home improvement service for two of these areas, South Oxfordshire, and the Vale of White Horse District Councils.

NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board (referred to as the Commissioner) are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering an Integrated Community Equipment Service. Derby Integrated Community Equipment Service (DICES) provides a range of equipment on loan to people of all ages ordinarily resident in the city of Derby, following assessment and prescription by a recognised prescriber. The service being commissioned relates to the logistics of supplying, collecting and maintaining the equipment. Clinical input to the service is provided through the pool of recognised prescribers, a clinical commissioning function provided by DDICB, and a multi-agency Equipment Review Group. High Risk IDVA Service

The Police and Crime Commissioner for Dorset is looking to source a Supplier to deliver Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) Services for High-Risk victims of domestic abuse across Dorset. The services will be predominantly for adults but will also provide support for children and young people, in partnership with other agencies. The successful Contractor will be required to work in close partnership with other relevant Services and statutory agencies as part of the system response to Domestic Abuse and to support overall Service delivery. The service will form part of a whole system response to domestic abuse, including identification, referral and triage of victims. Providing support to victims and associated victims (i.e. children), supporting the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) and High Risk Domestic Abuse (HRDA) process, and post intervention step down or recovery. The service will also engage with local processes surrounding perpetrators of domestic abuse, such as at the High Harm Perpetrator Panel to further support the safeguarding of the victim and to reduce the risk to the victim of future abuse. The Commissioner is seeking an organisation that will effectively deliver this contract but also work as a key partner helping improve and develop future approaches to Domestic Abuse.
