The Worcestershire Community Equipment Service (WCES) is commissioned by  Worcestershire County Council (the Council)  and jointly funded by the Council and NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care Board. WCES has a critical role in supporting other services across the Worcestershire health and social care system, both for children and adults. Professionals work together to assess and prescribe a range of equipment that,  helps to support people in their own home, including End of Life (EoL) care, prevents or delays admission to hospital or residential care and facilitates timely discharge from hospital. The service encompasses a range of functions including,•	The procurement of an appropriate range of equipment•	The delivery of equipment •	The maintenance and servicing of equipment •	The collection of equipment •	The decontamination of equipment •	The refurbishment of equipment for reuse•	The storage of equipment.

Framework Agreement for the Supply of Endoscopy Suite Goods & Services

HealthTrust Europe is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Endoscopy Suite Goods & Services. These include a breadth of high-quality Equipment, Consumables, Digital Solutions and Services, across different touchpoints of an endoscopy unit that can assist in improving the healthcare delivery to patients. The duration of the framework will be 4 years maximum: 3 years initial period with the option of extending for up to 12 months. TERMS AND CONDITIONS / ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of this Agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this Agreement, the management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular management information to HTE. Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of Medical Healthcare Furniture and equipment direct to customers via the eDirect or Direct route to market. The range of products available under this agreement include; Medical Furniture and Equipment, Hospital Trolleys and Carts, Sackholders and Recycling Bins, Examination and treatment chairs/couches and tables, Drug and Medicine cabinets, Portering chairs, Birthing furniture and equipment, Ward and residential furniture, Challenging Environment Furniture, Multi-sensory equipment, Shelving and Racking, Bariatric Furniture, and Workstations on Wheels. This framework agreement will have an initial term of 24 months with an option to extend incrementally for up to a total period of 48 months. It is anticipated that in the first 24 months of the framework agreement the value of purchases will be circa GBP 55,040,000 and if extended the 4-year purchase value will be in the region of GBP 127,000,000 however this is approximate only and includes a forecast for growth. The values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the framework agreement.
