Description

Reed in Partnership is seeking key partners for our bid for the Access to Work Holistic Assessments contract, commissioned by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP). Delivery is expected to commence in June 2023, covering England, Scotland and Wales. Please note, final requirements of this contract, including contract duration may change once the final bidding documents are released by DWP.

Access to Work (AtW) is a grant scheme supporting the recruitment & retention of people with disabilities/health conditions in paid employment. AtW forms part of the DWP's strategic goals to lower unemployment and remove barriers to work. The Holistic Assessment is a critical part of the AtW claim. The Assessments are used where it is unclear how a customer's condition affects how they could do their job, not to diagnose disabilities/health conditions.

We are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from organisations with experience of:
Current or previous delivery of Holistic Workplace Assessments
Conducting needs assessments both face to face and/or virtually and completing needs assessment reports
Successful current delivery of similar services across large geographical areas

Responding to this EOI
Please fully complete and submit our EOI, which can be accessed via our website
https://reedinpartnership.co.uk/opportunities/access-to-work-holistic-assessments-england-scotland-wales/

The closing date is Tuesday 1st November 2022 at 6pm

Mental Health Floating Support

City of Doncaster Council is seeking to recommission and develop its Mental Health Floating Support Service for individuals aged 18 and above experiencing a range of mental health needs. Whilst the majority of individuals will have lower needs, the service may also contribute to support packages with other agencies for those with severe and enduring mental health needs, including those with dual diagnosis. Some individuals may also have more complex needs as detailed above therefore requiring a more intensive level of support. Users of this service may be at risk of homelessness, loss of independent living skills and social exclusion and social isolation. Some may struggle with relationships and problems with their neighbours. Individuals may live alone or be part of a larger household. There may be more than one individual within a household living with mental health and requiring support where a whole family approach may be more appropriate. Individuals may be in receipt of services from other agencies and/or professionals; however some may not. The Provider will particularly need to develop a positive and beneficial working partnership with the mental health teams, social work teams, housing providers and other key stakeholders in order to evolve the service in a way that complements the work of and optimises the joint resources to create a stronger support pathway for people experiencing mental ill health. **Please note, the contract published as part of this tender is being reviewed in respect of the Procurement Act 2023. An updated version may be published by the Council within the tender period for all bidder’s consideration and the timescales of the tender period may be extended if and as appropriate.**
