This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with directive 2014/24/EU
Article 74 Health, Social and related services.
This tender is for an annual opening of the Integrated Residential and Nursing framework
agreement with two call-off contracts, one using ECC terms and conditions and the other
using NHS Terms and conditions. This framework is broken down into 3 lots:
Lot 1 - Residential care for older people (65+) commissioned by ECC using ECC terms and
conditions, this will be operated using a Preferred Supplier ranked List
Lot 2 - Nursing care for older people (65+) commissioned by ECC using ECC terms and
conditions, this will be operated using a Preferred Supplier ranked List
Lot 3 - Nursing care for all aged adults (18+) commissioned by CCGs using NHS terms and
conditions, this will be operated using a preferred supplier ranked list

Provision of Post 16 Supported Accommodation and Support Services Framework

Bradford Children & Families Trust (BCFT) intends to procure a new Open Framework Agreement for the provision of Supported Accommodation and Support Services for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25, including looked-after children, care leavers, and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC). The proposed Framework will support the delivery of a wide range of accommodation models and associated support designed to promote independence, improve outcomes, and reduce off-framework placements. The will consist of 6 Lots which are as follows: Lot 1: Group Living / Ring-Fenced Supported Accommodation, Lot 2: Single Occupancy / Supported Tenancy, Lot 3: Specialist UASC Accommodation (Shared & Single), Lot 4: Emergency and Crisis Accommodation, Lot 5: Supported Accommodation in Private Residence (Supported Lodgings), and Lot 6: Outreach and Floating Support. The Framework will commence from 1st September 2026, for a period of 8 years.

Regulation 44 – Independent Inspection of Local Authority Children’s Homes in Leeds

Management visits to Children's Homes, known as Regulation 44 Visits, are carried out under Regulation 44 of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015. They are also covered by the Quality Standards for Children's Homes. See Section 9, Government Guidance, Regulations & Quality Standards for Children's Homes to access this information. The Children Act 1989 Guidance and Regulations - Volume 5, under section entitled - Proper Oversight. paragraph 3.12 and 3.13. The Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 states Regulation 44 visits states that: 'The registered Person should actively seek independent scrutiny of the home and make best use of information from independent and internal monitoring to ensure continuous improvement'

Adult Pathway Services Phase 1

Camden Council are procuring three Adult Pathway contracts. The services will provide accommodation and support for single homeless people in Camden. Two of the three contracts are for single men and the third is for a mixed gender service. The service model for all three contracts will work to a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) and a Trauma informed model of of support. Tenderers who do not have suitable properties within the London Borough of Camden at the bidding stage should not submit a tender.
