Description

Worcestershire County Council,  WCC, in collaboration with Partners, is putting in place a new Digital Connectivity Services to Understand Mobile Coverage and Performance Dynamic Purchasing System DPS. 	The scope of the services and call offs may vary in context, value, and duration but, collectively, and over time they will support the digital connectivity aspirations of the project partner and their specific digital strategic objectives.The Dynamic Purchasing System  will enable the Partners, through WCC, to provide an agile process for delivering individual services and projects on behalf of all Partners. There are three Lots / Categories that the Partners are interested inCategory 1 A Dynamic Overview of Mobile Coverage and  PerformanceCategory 2 Physical Collection of Mobile Coverage and Performance Data Category 3 Professional Services - Reporting and Technical Support

The Authority is further extending its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Internet of Things (IoT) for an additional 12 months until 19 September 2025. The DPS will remain open for new suppliers to apply to join. The Authority wishes to take this opportunity to refresh the supplier list to ensure current suppliers retain the minimum qualifying criteria, still have up-to-date contact details and still wish to remain as a supplier. Accordingly, suppliers that are currently on the DPS are required to refresh and resubmit their European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) in order to remain as a DPS supplier. There is no need to resubmit any case study evidence for current suppliers. Current suppliers are required to submit an updated ESPD within four weeks of this Contract Notice being issued. CHIC publishes this Notice of an Amendment to be made to the DPS in pursuance of the original Notice 2017/S 159-328774 published in OJEU on the 18th August 2017.
