Description

This project consists of roof re-felting works include all necessary edge protection, scaffold access towers, hoistage, welfare and storage, supply and installation of new torch on felt system and insulation, new fascias and rainwater goods to one roof area of approximately 220m2.

Works will take place at a single primary school, prior to the end of calendar year 2023.

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
